Letter, from the BIA regarding survey of Hiram Starr Young

Suffecool, Supt., Quapaw Agency Miami, Oklahoma May 12, 1927 My dear Mr. Suffecool: The work accomplished by Hiram Starr Young, reported in the industrial survey of Quapaw Agency for 1926, is noted. The energy put into his work by this farmer who is advancing in years, is quite remarkable. We note that his house and surroundings reflect great credit on his industry and neatness, also that he intends to farm more extensively this year than last. It is a real pleasure to hear of Mr. Young's activities and we congratulate him on his usefulness in his community.
